Isaac Singleton, O.D., M.P.A., F.A.A.O.

Dr. Isaac SingletonDr. Singleton lived and graduated high school in Central Florida. He earned an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Florida A&M University. He was Senior Mathematician on the Eastern Test Range for National Defense and also provided mission support for NASA's Gemini and Apollo space flight programs. Dr Singleton also acquired a Masters in Public Administration in Healthcare Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.

Dr. Singleton completed his Doctor of Optometry at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. During his senior year, he commissioned into the United States Air Force. During his tenure with the Air Force, he served as Deputy Commander at Flight Medicine 99th Medical Group, Nellis AFB in Nevada; Flight Medicine Commander; and Deputy Squadron Commander of Aerospace Medicine at Travis AFB Medical Center at Travis AFB. After 24 years of service he retired from the military and settled here in Las Vegas. He has done preceptorships for University of Houston, Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Southern College of Optometry, Southern California College of Optometry, Pacific University and UC Berkley, College of Optometry. Dr. Singleton is also a fellow in the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Singleton provides Pre and Post Op care for our LASIK and cataract surgical patients here at Westfield Eye Center. He is board certified in the treatment of ocular disease, including diabetic patient care and glaucoma treatment.
