Payment is expected at the time services are rendered for all office visits. We accept most major insurances and some of the less well known ones as well. We tried to ensure that all patients needing care would not be hindered by their insurance. Please contact our office to verify if we take your insurance or view a list of our accepted insurance companies.

For our refractive procedures, such as LASIK, we also have payment plans available through CareCredit®. You can apply online or by calling their toll-free number 800-365-8295 and get an immediate answer.

If you have any questions about what these charges will be, we will be glad to provide that information to you. Our billing office will submit your medical claims to both your primary and secondary insurance carriers.
