Thomas H. Chalkley, M.D.

Dr. Chalkley is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and served his ophthalmology residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Dr. Chalkley is past president of the Chicago Ophthalmological Society, served for years as an associate examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology, and was a consulting editor for the American Journal of Ophthalmology.

A former associate professor of clinical ophthalmology at Northwestern University School of Medicine, Dr. Chalkley brings a wealth of professional experience to Westfield Eye Center. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Chalkley is also an author. Four editions of his book, "Your Eyes", have been published.
